About Altieri Transcripts
I am Julie Altieri, an Authorized Court Transcriptionist serving law firms, legal professionals, courts, and individuals across Ontario. I prepare certified transcripts of Ontario court proceedings with careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, and deadlines.
I accept direct transcript orders and also work collaboratively with other authorized court transcriptionists and established transcript providers when additional capacity is required for larger matters.

Services & Rates
All Authorized Court Transcriptionists are mandated to charge the following rates for the production of transcripts, as per Ontario Regulation 145/22, amending Ontario Regulation 94/14 under the Administration of Justice Act. The court transcript fee schedule applies to transcript orders placed on or after April 1, 2022.

Who is the transcriptionist?

What services do you provide?
Certified Ontario court transcripts for criminal, family, civil, small claims, and POA matters. Standard, expedited, and daily turnaround are available.
How do I order a transcript?
You have three options. Use the official order form, use the Contact | Order form, or complete the prepared checklist in WhatsApp. I will use the information provided to prepare the official form and will reply with a quote and next steps.
What information do you need to start?
Case name, court file number if available, courthouse, courtroom or judge if known, court date or range of dates, and the portion of the proceeding needed.
What are the rates in Ontario?
Rates follow Ontario Regulation 145/22. Standard is $6.30 per page. Expedited is $8.80 per page. Daily is $11.75 per page. HST applies.
How do you estimate pages and cost?
One hour of audio usually produces 30 to 40 pages. Use the estimator above for a quick range before HST and before the $25 minimum.
Do you handle appeals?
Yes. Provide the appeal number if available. If it is not available yet, enter TBC.
How do I receive the transcript?
Delivery is electronic by default in certified PDF. If you require print, say so in your request.
How do I pay?
Invoices are sent by email. Payment options include e-transfer and credit card. Details are provided with the quote.

I follow the Ministry standards for security and confidentiality. Sensitive material is handled with care and only for the purpose of producing the transcript.
